Carrie Austin’s corruption is peanuts compared to Daley Family, compared to Clinton Family and Rahm Boy, compared to Biden Family. Peanuts! Kitchen cabinets and sump pump as bribes worthy of Fed prosecution? Talk about not seeing the forest for the trees.

So where is IL Attorney General Kwame Raoul? In a target-rich environment like Illinois you would think that the IL AG would be stacking up corrupt politician convictions like firewood. Yet instead……crickets?

Raoul is just a puppet for the lords, and he shall do as he is told or off with his ?

This is Raoul’s life work, and he’s just getting started. (This was his campaign commercial, remember?)

Or maybe he hasn’t started yet, he’s still too busy intervening in Trump’s court cases on the other side of the country. Orange Man bad!

I’m concerned about the City Council to Prison pipeline. The Chicago City Council is a collection of street trash, mopes and drug dealers. We’re surprised they steal? That’s why they ran for alderman…to steal! They want to serve the community or their country! After all the altruistic shimmy shammy, they’re only in it to steal.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
