Like the Illinois general assembly with Pritzker’s czarist actions, the Chicago city council has been avoiding taking on this violence, crime and shooting upsurge for fear it will hurt re-election chances for the alder people. They must finally be getting bad vibes from constituents.

She’s visibly vibrating, not paint shaking. But I bet she could move those little football players around.
