Allstate in Talks to Return Headquarters to Chicago From Suburbs – Bloomberg

Discussions are ongoing and Allstate, which employs more than 7,000 people in Illinois, could still choose a different location for the headquarters. It’s unclear how many people would be affected, since 75% of the company’s employees work from home.

If this is what has been leaked, it’s already too late, Allstate has already decided to leave IL, and there’s some people within Allstate pushing to stay in IL, and stories like this are leaked from the Chicago negotiators in desperation to change their mind.
