The only way to start correcting this problem is when criminals like this get apprehended, not often, they are sent away to prison for long, long, long periods of time. Things like early release, day for day time served credit, SAFE T act, no bail release will not help. Prison works because it keeps that person off the street.
Again folks, there’s no help coming from TBTB. Only the 2nd Amendment. Don’t leave home without it.
These no pursuit orders for armed robbery suspects are inexcusable.

This is what the voters of Chicago want. This is what the juries of Chicago want. The armed robbery suspects, usually teens, will engage in a high speed chase. There is a high probability and likelihood that some other bystander, or vehicle, will be struck by the suspects because they will drive recklessly and without any caution through dense urban areas.
