Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. The state’s existing buyout program for its own pensions is the precedent for Chicago, which should be a warning: Look out for similar exaggerated claims and shoddy analysis.

Since Chicago and Illinois won’t cooperate with federal authorities regarding who they have in custody, why would the feds tell the locals any details of who, why, and where they’re picking up offenders. That’s why Snelling is in the dark.
I have been doing some historical research , and noted that in the older census records each persons citizenship status is clearly recorded, as is the number of years in the US. We need to record this info going forward.
Note that merely being accused is enough for Pritzker to label them as “rioters” who “attacked law enforcement officers protecting people in the Capitol, disrupted the peaceful transfer of power, and undermined bedrock principles of American democracy.” Some who were accused were let off by courts even before Trump’s pardon. Some others were not even alleged to have done those things, having been accused of lesser wrongful conduct.
If having the “ dreamers “ here is so beneficial, why do we have to have them hide, keep them cloaked in secrecy, deny the numbers of how many, etc? Because the taxpayers are tired of supporting them financially and witnessing the crime that they brought with them, that’s why.

William Kelly asked Pritzker about this and his answer was a shocking lie: “We don’t keep records on immigration status.” Accurate criminal record keeping is essential to justice, policing and maintaining public safety. Determining identity, outstanding warrants and fair sentencing would be impossible without.

Johnson thinks taking sex offenders off the streets, that fail to register since 2009, is a federal obligation. If pressed harder, he defaults to white folks occupying native American land.
If Pritzker should run for reelection he needs to be voted out of office people will not forget Mickey Mouse is better.
“Illegal aliens breaking the law in Illinois are allowed to do it in secret,” No they’re not. They’re in jail, awaiting trial or already convicted.
The point is that their illegal status is secret, not that the crimes are kept secret. That’s clear from the article, unless deliberate misrepresentation is the goal.
I’m not the smartest guy out there, but this is looking more and more like criminal intent from Pritzker and Johnson. See my post above. He consciously lied about record keeping.
Not a lawyer but….this seems like JB committed a criminal offense to me. The kind that lands the convicted criminal in JB’ worst nightmare (or secret sex fantasy) kind of jail.
