A Downers Grove Park District ordinance prohibits political or religious speech outside of the 15-by-15-foot zone in Fishel Park during park programming.

Yes. Massively unconstitutional and the taxpayers – even the smart, conservative republican taxpayers- will get screwed paying for the losing court case. Radical socialist virtue signaling ain’t free.

Of course they are illegal! The Constitution is one for the entire United States. Not the zones designated by ignorant politicians to limit speech that they do not want to hear! The Left never ceases trying to destroy our bedrock principles! They are a cancer on this nation!
