I fully understand that politics often involves politicians speaking out of both sides of their mouths. However, Governor Pritzker’s reasoning against redistricting is absurd and frivolous. He argues that it is acceptable for Democrats to engage in extreme gerrymandering in census years, but it is not okay for Republicans to do so mid-census. They must wait until a census year. Moreover, if Republicans gerrymander excessively, it is portrayed as racist and a violation of the Voting Rights Act. Remember, JB, Illinois Democrats long ago cheated their way through IL with ridiculous districting. The only question now is how much tightening of the screws on IL can still be done to us.
Nary a word from Lucky about he and Kwame hot footing it up to WI to get a liberal judge installed in their Supreme Court. Nothing about Kwame sticking his beak into IN and their efforts re trans people competing in scholastic sports. But when the Feds try and get him to straighten out, and quit begging for more money on a daily basis due to his free spending, failed policies, look out!
Or JB giving a million each to two of our supreme court judges or that the Chief judge has violated many of the rules that get other judges disbarred.

This is from a state, that has gerrymander to a point of super majority. He talks out of both sides of his mouth. Just remember what does in IL. he will want for the country when running for President.
