A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Our local Woodman’s in Rockford is putting up at least 10 charging stations in the parking lot. Bad news for many drivers and most don’t know it is that depending where the wind comes from shopping carts fly to that corner because it is slightly downhill.
