Asian American history could be taught in Illinois schools starting in fall 2022 – WGEM (Quincy)

The Senate passed a proposal requiring every public school in Illinois to include instruction of accurate and inclusive Asian American history. Democratic Senators said Asian Americans are one of the fastest growing populations in Illinois.

Another over reaction. I’m sure the state sanctioned course material will insist that it was Americans who bombed Pearl Harbor.

Will they teach children who exactly is committing all these hate crimes against asians? Using FBI statistics? Hint, it ain’t Trump supporters..
