A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
And the first question always to be asked is WHO is involved in 95% of this violence. WHO has always been responsible? WHO gets a pass on their violent prone ethnicity from politicians and the media? WHO screams loudly into a vacuum that no one will hear. WHO!
It is difficult to comprehend and painful to accept but this is how they want to live. As I repeatedly point out, Johannesburg, Caracas and Lagos are violent third world hellholes, yet they all share in common low incarceration rates. You can scream at the sky, gnash your teeth and pull out your hair, but the people in charge are perfectly OK with a private system of justice, where the community can resolve ever petty dispute with bullets, even if it means that innocent bystanders get caught in the crossfire.
