The driver went into a local bakery while on a quick break at 47th and Ashland, and was attacked when he stepped outside. Surveillance video shows the man repeatedly punching the driver as he was lying on the curb.
Hmm.. failed mayoral candidate Tio was just touting how the “ violence interruptors “ he is in charge of ( at what salary one must wonder ) is responsible for mitigating crime on public transportation and hoping that sweet, sweet Fed money isn’t taken away as it should be. A recent video of a CTA train showed it chock full of obviously homeless, drugged out people lying everywhere, nodding out, arguing, menacing and generally being a nuisance to the few brave enough to actually pay to use it. If there is a train to Hell, surely it resembles this.

Safety for employees? How about general safety for the public at large?! People, all people, should feel safe stopping for a break and walking into a friggin bakery or any business. Come on!! Crime, nutballs and crazies are let loose on the public by the elected officials and judges that think incarceration does not work. This is what you get when you have a Pinhead and Jumbo as well as their entire democrat elected crew running the State. The pathetic part is that that they are only concerned for the employee…they have changed society and made the world more dangerous.

Renewed safety concerns from employees…Riders be damned!
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
