A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Is there problem that Proft is stating facts from a different perspective or that he produces something that resembles a traditional newspaper but isn’t perceived as one? Because everyone seems focused on his method versus the content reported.
If Proft is reporting fake news, call him out. If it’s because he uses a tabloid approach to report actual facts, why should we care?
