None of the IDES workers were at work during the pandemic. They just collected a paycheck. That includes OEIG, attorney general and Illinois workers compensation commission among others. The ultimate in theft of services. Susan Haling, the OEIG doesn’t answer her phone for over a year.
Maybe she has an old type rotary dial phone and doesn’t know how to answer it or make calls on it.
