A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Also, the WTTW article does not mention that the environmentalist proposal is not as friendly to semi-trucks as the airport proposal, in that the environmentalist proposal has sharper turning radiuses. Yes a lot of 18 wheelers make sharp turns. But when designing a logistics facility, fewer sharp turns are preferable.
