Also, the WTTW article does not mention that the environmentalist proposal is not as friendly to semi-trucks as the airport proposal, in that the environmentalist proposal has sharper turning radiuses. Yes a lot of 18 wheelers make sharp turns. But when designing a logistics facility, fewer sharp turns are preferable. A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
