Bill charges Illinois battery producers to implement recycling programs – Center Square

A measure mandating battery producers pay a $100,000 annual fee to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency so the agency can create battery collection sites for disposal or recycling is ready to be sent to the governor.

There goes another industry, they will be packing up and leaving as well.
Perhaps JB should have used the nearly BILLION he gave to Gotion to pollute the state, someone will end up having to clean the huge sulfuric acid pools they will create doing this.
