If signed into law, term limits would affect the Speaker of the House of Representatives, president of the Senate, and the minority leaders of the House and Senate. The bill has bipartisan support.

Kind of a catch 22, it’s good to limit their term but then they do crazy shit in their last term because they know they can’t run again. Perfect example is that idiot Deblasio in New York.
