Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. The state’s existing buyout program for its own pensions is the precedent for Chicago, which should be a warning: Look out for similar exaggerated claims and shoddy analysis.

So, Western cultures shouldn’t embrace Western Values? By your logic, MIddle Eastern cultures shouldn’t embrace Middle Eastern Values and Asian Cultures shouldn’t embrace Asian Values because they are racist dog whistles. Marx was an evil POS a$$hole as is anyone who ascribes to his “values”.
After 9/11, our country went to great lengths to say that the radical islamic terrorist was separate from the peaceful religion of islam, and most people believed that, with some exceptions. But unlike our response in 9/11, this current conflict makes no distinction between the Israel government and the the joo him or herself. To these people, the joo, the Israeli, the policies of the US and Israel, Zionism, it’s all one in the same, with no distinction.
