A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Used to be fun to go to chicago for christmas shopping at water tower, michigan avenue and the walnut room. Not worth the risk of getting mugged or carjacked anymore to go pay 10% tax and outrageous parking fees to go to H & M and the other random shops that are left. The Dems have let one of the greatest cities fall into economic decay.
