Like Mao, Stalin and Hitler, Homie learned that a panicked, infighting populace is easier to control with everyone nervously, constantly looking over their shoulder and wondering who’s next. Along the lines of wealth, race, race and, well, race he has completed Lightfoot ‘s/ Obama’s mission of fracturing the country to the point of it cracking and tumbling down.
