Brawl erupts at board meeting in Thornton Township – WGNTV (Chicago)

Activist and known opponent of Supervisor Tiffany Henyard, Jedidiah Brown, spoke out against the Township Supervisor, and ended his comments by calling her an expletive. Brown walked away from the podium and toward where Henyard was sitting, when people jumped in, and fists started flying. At one point, Henyard was seen in the middle of the brawl.

Question? Why is the governor and members of the General Assembly SO silent on the Thornton Township state embarrassment??? Or, on the other 1,430 township governments that are outdated, wasting taxpayer’s money embarrassment??? Township governments should be dissolved. Period!
