Car does donuts outside Loop television studio – ABC7 (Chicago)

Cameras captured the chaotic scene around 10 p.m. Monday as a car did donuts right in front of the Chicago Theatre near State and Lake streets in the Loop, bringing traffic to a standstill as a crowd of people watched nearby.

I’m sure stumbling, bumbling and mumbling Cheryl Burton ignored the hooligans. After all, it was probably just some silly kids having fun.
