The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index rose 1.3% month over month, compared to a 0.3% gain in February. Year over year, the index was up 0.7%. In Chicago, home prices posted a 4% year-over-year gain in March, while prices rose 1.9% month over month.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
