Alderman Raymond Lopez joins NewsNationAld. Ray Lopez criticized Mayor Brandon Johnson’s response to weekend violence, mocking Johnson’s claim that gun trafficking from red states was to blame. “I’m actually quite surprised he didn’t blame the Confederacy, Richard Nixon or colonialism,” Lopez said.

The Demwits can’t comprehend that the presence of the NG will deter crime. And yes, sheepies, they can and will carry weapons with live ammunition if the situation warrants it.

They can’t arrest anyone. They can give tourists the message that the city is under armed guard, however. Not sure that would help any.
