Chicago Approves $33 Million In Federal Funds For Migrant Shelters, Services – Block Club Chicago

Of the $33 million, $19.8 million is earmarked for the cost of food and $13.2 for the cost of shelter spaces, according to The Daily Line. The ordinance also included other federal and state funds for the Chicago Department of Public Health and the Police Department.
