Corporations were pandering to the extreme progressives when they initiated DEI agendas and proudly trumpeted their efforts. Make no mistake, those corporate boardrooms were always focused on profits. What’s really surprising is when non profits and universities back away from the DEI pandemic, but then again, those entities are driven by donations from billionaires and big corporations. If DEI continues to be de-emphasized it will have had a deservingly short life cycle, and we can all celebrate that.
I lost my taste for McDonalds a long time ago. I don’t know what is worse – the flavor or the politics.

At the store level, McDonald’s already has a diverse workforce. They can translate this to a diverse upper management by committing to promoting within, actively mentoring teenage workers and showing them there is a very real chance at a career.
Very rich coming from a company that knowingly turns a blind eye to illegal immigrants that make its burgers and process its products in the factories.
