A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Litigation costs for successful claims are 100% covered, a lawyers $$bonanza$$!!, sure the city workers will be the first to file claims, (with all the innumerable unregulated ways to claim days off). What could go wrong!!
