I’m surprised that there not more shootouts between carjacking hoodrats and the law abiding who wish to keep their vehicles.

They, the car jackers, probably needed a vehicle to get to work. Now that’s funny!

At least there is one group of people who are happy with life in Chicago. There has hardly been a better time to be a Yahoo Urban Male Minority Youth criminal in Chicago. Joy rides in jacked cars, driving around robbing random people at gunpoint. Happy times.

The police just smile and wave, sorta saying “boys, have all the fun you want”

Criminals are very happy with the state of play in Chicago. The criminals playground soon opens up to the whole state of Illinois. It is not the police fault of rampant crime. The Police are working by the Rules laid down to them by Politicians, individuals and groups who seem to dislike police, dislike law abiding citizens and adore the criminal.
