Chicago crime, violence spilling into Indiana – FOX32 (Chicago)

"We have had pursuits here in Indiana and [the] majority of them they wind up on 80/94," said Indiana State Police Sgt. Glen Fifield. "It's not uncommon for them to make a run for the Illinois-Indiana border."

It’s been well known for many years now…

Shooters in IL often flee to IN afterwards to wait for the heat to die down before returning, & vice-versa…

There was a short lived ILIANA gang Taskforce (2009’sh) that operated between the states, trying to follow the shooters…

They had some moderate success, but eventually the politicians shut it down…
