On the flipside, „Justfied” was one of the greatest shows ever. It had it all – great writing, acting, action, twists, and cool factor. If you haven’t seen it… it’s currently on Hulu. If I had a son, I mighta named him Raylan. 😏 Looking forward to this new series.

Too bad they didn’t get it on film for an accurate portrayl of everyday life Hobbesian Chicago.

It would have been like the stunt man who was killed in the filming of Ben Hur. His widow insisted the editors keep that scene in the movie.

Will these shootings in NYC and Chicago make SJWs in entertainment think harder? They may feel safe in their luxury cocoons, but sooner or later they must go out into the real world to keep their megabucks flowing. Unless they think that movies can just be shot on soundstages again, with CGI and virtual reality? And musicians can sell music without performing in public?

Chicago Med/Chicago Fire and Chicago PD will probably be filmed in Vancouver,B.C. It may be renamed Chicago Zoom!

Ken Griffin and Citadel left IL, citing Chicago crime. Caterpillar and Boeing probably evaluated it, too. So, is Hollywood going to be the next industry avoiding Chicago because of the crime? Their star was one of the ones avoiding the crossfire.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
