A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

In 2001 when my son was one I went out and found a bullet lodged in our deck, and that was in a nice part of Lincoln Park. That’s when we moved.

Increase spending while revenues decline. Sounds like a plan for bankruptcy. Many private sector businesses are going to be facing this very same problem. Expect more to leave the state and never look back.
