A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I’m glad the police are finally cracking down on this criminal behavior. But I live near a construction site, in which I can clearly see all of the workers “congregating” together — and much closer than people at the parks.
