As far as i can tell tee courts are not specified in the Constitution, ergo they can be eliminated. I long ago lost any respect for nay court in the U.S. including those clowns on the Supreme Court. Additionally ow again can these courts enforce their decisions? Just ignore them and then eliminate the office. They no longer have a place in our Republic.
