The video has been around a while and is a fair representation of contemporary gangster values. It’s not enough to just lock people up in cages. Like everything else in Illinois, the prison system is rife with corruption and graft, mired in politics. If there is no effort made towards rehabilitation, prison doesn’t lead anywhere good. These libtards are all delusional. The new SWAT, Social Workers and Therapists. Almost every day in every police district there are not enough cops and cars on the street to handle the call volume. All day long districts are in what is called RAP, meaning “radio assignment pending” due to the lack of manpower to respond. This results in many crimes nor being reported because the call to report a crime is not answered for hours by officers.
