Funny you say that because nearly every time I go fishing in Cook County I see migrants or migrant looking people catching fish and keeping them in a bucket for eating. It doesn’t matter what kind of fish, they’re eating it. I’m sure they have Illinois fishing permits, right? LOL
They go by the bucket rule. If it fits in the bucket they take it.
I guess they only believe in catch and release for illegal immigrants.
