I was listening to the police scanner when this happened. The cops immediately sent out an All Points Bulletin to be on the lookout for a car full of White supremacists.

Is there any other society on earth where this would be considered acceptable behavior? I mean really, where else on earth do people shoot into mourners at a memorial service? This might be a macabre distinction held by inner-city dwellers. And just exactly does a civilization ‘fix’ one of its subcultures to stop them from such ghastly brutish behavior? What root cause can we address ‘right now’ to stop this from ever happening again?
