In a recent Lincoln Poll of Chicago voters, 64% disapproved, of Johnson’s handling of the migrant crisis. Only 23% said they approved. The mayor has also faced criticism from aldermen, frustrated that they and constituents have had little or no say in where the city plans to put migrant shelters within their districts.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
