Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. The state’s existing buyout program for its own pensions is the precedent for Chicago, which should be a warning: Look out for similar exaggerated claims and shoddy analysis.

This is all contrived nonsense. Last weekend’s No King’s rally was supposed to be the first shots of a Colour Revolution in America. This was the playbook that worked throughout the rest of the world. They were supposed to have millions upon millions marching in the streets, general work strikes, popular uprisings with a strong opposition leader, with the goal of forcing a regime change. Thankfully, this Colour Revolution failed spectacularly. Prozac Johnson isn’t intelligent enough to realize the a nation wide strike will never occur because not everyone is a low IQ Marxist with a fat paycheck that does little besides try to kill CHI with a million little cuts day in and day out like he is and needs to work. No one really misses the DC zombies being furloughed yet which is testament as to how bloated the system is with Johnson grade, do- nothing morons.

BJ is too unhinged to realize that general strikes can’t work in America since:
— union contracts don’t allow it
— non-union workers can be fired for participating, with no legal recourse
The fact that he ever got a teaching job is a disgrace.
This would have been more interesting to read except 1) it is from yahoo, 2) it is of course BJ calling for a national strike just like teachers do when they can’t get their way and 3) it is against the law. Hope they all go for it and spend some time in federal prison.
