This summer will be every bit as safe as Browns goal of only 300 murders for last year. When the actual total hit 769 it proved to everyone the we have a top cop who is in excruciatingly far over his head. Hope is not ever an effective solution. Hope is only a plan for continued failure.

It’s going to be a violent summer due to tens of thousands of 13-40 year old males almost completely disconnected from mainstream society.
