A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Maybe she should budget for an actual functioning legal team and fight a lot of the silly lawsuits that connected lawyers file for the most ridiculous things. Seems like they just settle everything and pay everyone.
