Chicago mayor testifies before U.N. on Trump immigration raids, SNAP cuts – FOX32 (Chicago)

"We cannot do this alone," Mayor Brandon Johnson told the United Nations Human Rights Council. "No country should be above international law. Human rights are universal—or they are meaningless… The people of Chicago—and of this nation—deserve a government that honors their dignity, not one that diminishes it."

Pinhead and the U.N. are a perfect match. Evil morons talking to evil morons.

Mayor Cliff Notes appealed to the US Human Rights Council. An organization featuring such bright lights of human rights as China, Cuba and Sudan. Maybe Mayor Notes is asking for UN forces to arrive in Chicago to conduct active military operations against Federal Law enforcement. Blue cities simply elect the dumbest people to run them. Mayor Notes was simply a harbinger.

(the people of Illinois) “deserve a government that honors their dignity, not one that diminishes it.” Couldn’t agree more Pinhead. Every single action you and Jumbo make diminishes the dignity, safety and value of being a resident of Illinois. Nothing you or Jumbo have done in years has benefited the majority of Illinois residents or tax payers. Every single thing you and Jumbo have done has penalized tax payers, made residents less safe and promoted lawlessness.

Being an ICE agent pays well.

Entry/Low experience enforcement officer: ~$50,000–$70,000/year baseMid‐level agent: ~$90,000–$130,000/yearHigh experience special agent or senior level: ~$140,000+ (and possibly up toward $180,000 or more with overtime/bonuses)With Health benefits and vacation time that is well above average wages in Chicago.

The Irony here is that some of the current members of that UN Council (namely China and Cuba) are Far More Oppressive to “Human rights” than Anything Mayor Johnson could opine about..

He said the quiet part (of his globalist handlers’ ideology) out loud, “No country should be above international law.” Of course, he doesn’t realize that what he’s saying is moronic, but nevertheless…

Brandon is Mayor Ron Burgundy.
He will read whatever is on the teleprompter even if he doesn’t understand what the words mean.

Who knew turnips could talk? BJ, you do not understand the implications of your words. Please, do not speak on behalf of anyone…

Remember all the signs on the side of the road on your way to Michigan stating: Get us out of UN. Boy, do I know what they meant now.

This action by BJ makes sense in an unintended sort of way. Chicago is rapidly heading in the direction of third world status – toward many cities in Africa or Latin America. Numerous examples – out of control crime that goes unpunished, school system that does not teach anything near critical thinking skills, totally captured judicial system, confiscatory taxes, and the unfettered power and money suck of their cronies ( the unions.). Therefore somewhat logical he would align with the entity that focuses on third world situations.

We are paying to stop it, but the cops do not get out of their cars but for lunch or dinner.

Nor should they. With all downside and little upside, why would they put their futures at risk?

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
