The tenants living at CHA's Washington Park Homes say they've had to live with mysterious rashes, lack of heat, mold, lack of repairs, and sewage water leaking into their kitchens.

Buy $8 cleaner at Home Depot and clean the dang mold yourself. Go to home depot and make the $10 repair yourself. Take some pride where you live, fix something yourself. I’m so tired of helpless people that want big government to take care of the most basic stuff for them.
