Buy $8 cleaner at Home Depot and clean the dang mold yourself. Go to home depot and make the $10 repair yourself. Take some pride where you live, fix something yourself. I’m so tired of helpless people that want big government to take care of the most basic stuff for them.
If they speak English and are American citizens their voice will not be heard. That’s unfortunate.
