To compile its list, Redfin analyzed searches across more than 100 metro areas from about 2 million of its users and compiled metrics like such as net inflow and outflow, referring to the number of people who wanted to enter a given city compared with the number of people who wanted out of it.
A progressive utopia, governed by the most idealistic of progressive values, looks and feels an awful lot like a Grand Theft Auto video game. Which is not at all what the progressive envisioned. But like all ideologues, they will never admit that their progressive values have failed, only that they have not been applied stringently enough.
I moved to North Port last year and it’s absolutely bonkers with all the construction going on. And I see similar growth when I drive to Sarasota for work, buildings going up like mad. It’s that way in the adjacent communities as well.
Traffic is nuts. I did a brief layover (4 years in Ohio) and I can tell you if you drove like this in Ohio you’d be in the back of an OSP cruiser with handcuffs on. There’s 2 seasons here 1-Rainy and hot and 2-Hot and rainy. Only reason I’m here is I inherited property.
West Detroit here we come
Interesting that Minneapolis is just behind Chicago. Riots and woke DA’s ruining multiple cities.
71 shot in a single weekend
Carjackings at a record pace
Shoplifting forcing stores to close — especially in neighborhoods where they are a lifeline
Police defunded, disempowered, demoralized
Schools that teach nothing but CRT race hate and sexual perversion
Taxes that are too high, with zero useful service provided
WHY WOULD ANYONE STAY IF THEY HAD A CHOICE

The woke SJWs are saying that about Biden now.

I hope your adopted state can handle the influx – growth can be a two-edged sword, though FL appears to be handling it well.
Best of luck in your new home.

Weather, bugs, and critters keep us from Florida. Traffic wasn’t an issue last time we visited – but with the influx, it doesn’t surprise me.
