A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
This has happened all summer long. They didn’t need a warning to be prepared. And there were schools from all over the city involved this time. These kids wash, rinse, repeat like clockwork. Get your heads out of your a$$es Chicago. There is no safe neighborhood in the city anymore. The residents know you & the media are lying through your teeth about safety. You don’t even keep track of the true crime numbers that anyone can get their handa on.
The Christmas spirit in Chicago use to be the best. Now the city is not safe in any place.
