Chicago tax on alcohol for off-premises drinking delayed until March – ABC7 (Chicago)

The city's Department of Finance says the delay will allow businesses more time to adjust to the new tax.

So who does this new tax help and hurt. Well it allows the city to try and pay off its enormous debt. Who does it hurt ? Many Chicagoans who can’t go outside of the city to purchase the booze. Thats mostly blacks who have no access to transportation. But Braindead is for the people
