CTU President Stacy Davis Gates compares CPS CEO to a special education student who can’t be suspended – Chicago Tribune/MSN

“Pedro is the terrible student in the classroom that can’t get suspended because he should have an IEP and maxed out his days,” Stacy Davis Gates allegedly said Wednesday night, using the abbreviation for individualized education program. CTU is also currently at odds with Service Employees International Union 73, the union representing special education classroom assistants, over special education jobs.

…and from the useless Chicago Media? Crickets. If a (R) said that the Media Morons would be demanding pitchforks and torches.

Stacy Gates, the insensitive imbecile extortionist who pretends to be an educator.

Gates is the terrible CEO in the room that is incompetent and overpaid to play the race card 24/7.

Her job is to get her members the best possible contract. Do you believe CTU members could get a more lucrative contract with someone else at the helm?

Are you that delusional or that dumb.

Name-calling from someone that doesn’t understand the difference between your and you’re. You literally made this mistake on your very next post. That’s awesome. You might also want to learn the difference between our and are. I have yet to see you write that one correctly. When people are discussing students not being able to read and write at grade level, they are referring to people such as yourself. You probably shouldn’t call people dumb when you live in such a fragile glass house.

Gates has a house in Indiana for which she had claimed a homestead exemption, until it was brought out that she lived in Chicago.  THis allowed her to pay a reduced real estate tax until this issue was discovered and publicized.  She was caught not paying her Chicago water bill for $5500.00 plus until it was brought up in the press. And as head of the Chicago teachers union, she has provide no annual financial statement for the Chicago Teachers Union for the last four years.

Inappropriate and unprofessional words from any teacher, let alone someone who speaks on camera for all Chicago teachers.

This is the person that teachers voted for to represent them.

She needs to go. Students should be placed above CTU greed. CTU needs to educate students, and they’re failing miserably.

And if a conservative had said this? No apology on earth could contain the unhinged villification.
