Why do an audit? The majority of their members can’t read leave alone interpret an audit. It’s not like it requires an education to be a CTU “teacher.”

Perhaps the were making a rap video extolling the virtues of Marxism and the evils of getting an education, a job and paying taxes. Throw in a dash of colonialism for good measure.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
