A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
The proof that CTU are a failure at everything they touch is their fanatic fear of competition. Competition is to CTU like sunshine is to vampires. It turns CTU into a smoking pile of ooze. CTU conspires with their criminally bribed political puppets to crush out all other sources of education in the state because they make CTU and all other public sector unions look so bottomlessly incompetent. Now the government is working hard to close Charter Schools and drive all of those kids back into the public school system control and of course…the money for each kid. Again, at a time when all states surrounding Illinois are moving toward School Choice…Illinois moves the other way to take more and more choice away from parents and kids. Makes NO sense and clearly is about greed and the cash.
