Literally there has never been any enforcement on this. I’ve been to all the orange/red/periwinkle/beige/blue/purple states since this all began. For essential/non-essential and even “mixed” essential/non-essential purposes. Not a damn person is asking for a negative COVID test or quarantine. This has been the biggest joke amongst other big jokes since this charade began….
