The "orange tier," which requires a quarantine or pre-arrival negative test before coming to Chicago, now lists 18 states, including neighboring Indiana, as well as Puerto Rico.

Literally there has never been any enforcement on this. I’ve been to all the orange/red/periwinkle/beige/blue/purple states since this all began. For essential/non-essential and even “mixed” essential/non-essential purposes. Not a damn person is asking for a negative COVID test or quarantine. This has been the biggest joke amongst other big jokes since this charade began….
