And sadly they have turned CO blue. I was considering the springs or fort collins, but it sounds like the front range has been run over. Even Bozemon MT is getting an influx.

Who listens to this buffoon’s dictatorial proclamations, or even responds to them? I haven’t heard of anyone ever being stopped, questioned, or even approached about coming from out of state. I drive to Iowa twice a month to visit relatives and Iowa is one of those scary prohibited states. It’s a long drive from the Gold Coast, but I like the freedom of the open road and love to get away from lock down Lori. If I get sick from one of these trips I’ll call her and let her know. Until then, mask off and pedal down.

Haha, you are correct! Such insanity from these hypocrites. I flew from Fort Myers to Chicago on Monday and witnessed 2 families double masked up and they all had goggles on too! Every one of them. I don’t understand – if you’re that scared why are you even leaving ?! Lol. Fortunately for me, when I got to ORD I popped into Stanley’s in T2 where no one has a mask on (remember this when Chicago locks down again but the restaurants and bars at ORD look like they belong in Florida) and after a lengthy layover (in my own… Read more »

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Audio here.
